By purchasing and/or using the Scalper VSaber productivity bundle ("the Product"), you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for personal or commercial content creation purposes. This license is for one (1) individual only.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, or make available the Product or any part of it to any third party. You may NOT claim authorship or ownership of the original templates and resources. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, overlays, frameworks, and other materials included in the Product are the intellectual property of Promax. Your license does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

4. Modifications

Promax reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Product after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Promax ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

1. Data We Collect

When you make a purchase, we collect: your name, email address, billing address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Your data is collected solely for: (a) processing your order; (b) delivering the digital product; (c) providing customer support; and (d) sending transactional emails related to your purchase.

3. Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and secure data storage to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data with Stripe for payment processing only.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law.

6. Your Rights

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once payment is processed and the digital product is delivered, we are unable to offer refunds.

Exception

In the unlikely event that you experience a technical issue with the files (e.g., corrupted or unreadable files) that we are unable to resolve, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund. To qualify for this exception, you must:

• Contact us within 7 days of purchase at admin@escalperpromax.site
• Provide proof of the technical issue (screenshots or screen recordings)
• Allow our team a reasonable timeframe to attempt to resolve the issue before any refund is considered

Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback on your credit card without contacting us first will result in permanent blacklisting from all future purchases and may lead to further legal action.
